We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our team at Churchill Tower Business Bay. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of expertise in Dubai's off-plan and secondary real estate markets, with a proven track record of leading teams to success. Responsibilities

? Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals in prospecting and generating leads.

? Oversee the identification and cultivation of potential clients in off-plan and secondary markets.

? Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.

? Manage the listing, marketing, and negotiation of properties in both off-plan and secondary segments.

? Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and stay updated on trends in Dubai's real estate market.

? Ensure accurate record-keeping of all team sales activities and compliance with relevant regulations.

? Prepare and submit necessary paperwork, guiding the team in closing deals effectively.

? Provide strategic direction to maximize team performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

? Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market, with expertise in off-plan and secondary properties.

? Valid real estate license.

? Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Strong leadership and team management abilities.

? Self-motivated with a results-oriented work ethic.

? Proficiency in CRM software and relevant technologies.

? Driving license preferred.

? Ability to analyze market trends and drive team success in a competitive environment.
