We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to lead our Credit Card Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.
1. People Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure all staff report for duty on time and accurately log their attendance through proper punch-in and punch-out procedures
Ensure employees are well-dressed and presentable while interacting with customers, maintaining a professional image.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity.
2. Sales Management:
Develop and implement strategies to drive credit card sales.
Monitor sales activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
3. Process Management:
Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to established workflows.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations.
4. Compliance & Governance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of governance.
Address any compliance issues promptly and effectively.
5. Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions for team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team
Develop career progression plans for team members to support their growth.
