We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team leader with a strong background in handling credit card sales team and successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of applications
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year UAE experience as Team Leader in credit card sales is mandatory Candidates with 3 years UAE experience can apply, as TL will be considered. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fixed Salary: 6k to 8k + Incentives All benefits as per UAE labour law
