We are seeking experienced and dynamic Team Leader for credit cards to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank's information
