Responsible for the delivery of individual and team targets for acquisition targets in consumer segment.
Responsible for preparing route plan for team members and ensuring team's compliance to the plan.
Increasing revenue by up-selling additional bundle & plans.
Ensuring Stock Availability
Closing deals and maintaining dealer relationships
Promoting new products and services through dealers' outlets
Achieving sales targets that meet or exceed expectations.
Coordination with other departments as necessary to facilitate dealer satisfaction.
Keeping the sales force engaged and motivated to get the best results.

Qualifications
Pre-University (+2) or above
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar field
Skills
Excellent selling/cross-selling/up-selling skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
High standard of Telecommunication Products & Service knowledge
