Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of field sales agents.
Monitor team performance and prepare operational reports.
Ensure targets for Ooredoo Fiber sales are met.
Provide guidance and support to team members to improve productivity.
Maintain effective communication with internal departments and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a leadership role. (2-5 years)
Field sales experience, preferably with Ooredoo Fiber or similar services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
