Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the service team during daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
Lead by example, maintaining excellent guest relations and professional behaviour at all times.
Communicate effectively with guests in
Arabic and English
, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
Train, motivate, and monitor staff performance to uphold service and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure timely service and teamwork.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and ready before and after service.
Assist management in achieving revenue goals through effective upselling and service quality.
Maintain accurate reports on daily operations, staff performance, and inventory when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a
Team Leader, Captain Waiter, or Senior Waiter
in an
Arabic or Middle Eastern restaurant
.
Arabic nationality
(required).
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Strong understanding of Arabic cuisine, culture, and dining traditions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
