The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of Direct Sales Agents to achieve sales targets for the Company's retail banking products. The role focuses on driving performance, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Direct Sales Agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure targets are met.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Direct Sales Agents.
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of retail banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, accounts, and other assigned products.
Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Ensure quality sourcing of customers in line with the bank's credit and risk policies.
Personally contribute to sales targets as required.
Process, Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure all sales activities comply with company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Review and validate sales applications for accuracy, completeness, and quality before submission.
Maintain high standards of ethical sales practices and customer data confidentiality.
Address customer escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and share insights with management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in direct sales within banking or financial services.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products and sales processes.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
