Arkan Financing is urgently hiring for the position of Team Leader - Credit Cards!
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Team leader in Dubai.
Manage a credit card team of 20 employees and achieve monthly credit card sales target.
Continuously improve sales through performance driven culture.
Establish effective business relationship with organizations and clients through networking in order to develop a sustainable sales business model.
Generate new sources of business through company visits and company listing, participation in company events and reviewing the approved list of companies for further potential.
Perform competition and market analysis to support sales management's strategizing and planning.
Awareness of the latest policies, procedures and guidelines of the unit, to ensure compliance, minimum-risk operations, and timely processing of applications.
Effective rework controls to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely achievement of business targets.
Diligently follow the sales management process to manage non-performance and encourage consistent performers throughout the team.
Portray elements of effective leadership to motivate and guide the team and promote a productive working environment.
Conduct daily team sessions to discuss business strategies, knowledge sharing, product and policy updates, and share and implement best practices.
Review customer appointments and daily planner whilst encouraging an autonomous work culture for performing staff.
Actively participate in recruitment by ensuring top performers are selected and manage capacity planning.
Dedicate quality time for one-to-one sessions to encourage productivity, address grievances and provide motivational guidance in order to improve and maintain team morale and productivity.
The team will comprise of Relationship, Senior Relationship Officers and Asst. Team Leaders.
Demonstrate ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
Coordinate adequate training for Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Awareness for the team and ensure awareness of applicable policies and procedures.
