Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Lead a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed personal loan and credit card sales targets.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance performance and ensure a high level of motivation.
Target Achievement:
Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies to ensure success.
Business Development:
Identify new customer acquisition opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and expand market reach.
Compliance & Regulations:
Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and company policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain excellent relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track team performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in banking sales, preferably in
personal loans or credit cards
.
Proven experience as a
Team Leader
in a financial institution or sales-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of
UAE banking regulations and financial products
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive a sales team and meet aggressive targets.
