We\'re seeking a dynamic Team Leader to lead our Sales Executives in promoting Credit Card and Personal Loan products within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both sales and team management. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify and approach potential customers.
Conduct and oversee sales presentations and demonstrations.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and objections.
Prepare and submit sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of UAE Banking Sales experience as TL/ATL, with proven experience in managing or handling a team.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven sales experience in Banking/Financial Services.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Bachelor\'s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
UAE driving license is a plus.
