Key Responsibilities:
Minimum one year of UAE work experience as a Team Leader in a Direct Sales Agency or a Bank
Should have managed a team of minimum 10 members or more
Proven consistency in achieving targets
Familiar with Direct Sales and Telephone Sales models
Available to join maximum within four weeks
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience in managing a team in retail banking.
Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, products, and services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressurized conditions.
Must be available in UAE.
