Doha, QatarLand Royal Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Team Leader
to oversee our brokerage team. The ideal candidate will lead a group of Property Leasing Agents, drive performance, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of property consultants. Oversee property listings, marketing activities, and client interactions. Support agents in negotiations and deal closures. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets. Monitor market trends and provide performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Qatar (including team management in Brokerage). Proven track record in sales and leadership within the real estate sector. Valid Qatar Driving License + own car. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
