A leading DSA is seeking qualified and efficient Leaders with experience in handling group of people and achieve target for Reputed banking products mainly SME and Business Loans \xc2\xb7 Develop different strategies to increase sales \xc2\xb7 Leading, mentoring and coaching the team \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the daily sales activities of sales agents. \xc2\xb7 Ability to connect with clients at various levels \xc2\xb7 Maintaining and Updating the Team Sales Report. . You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to the upper management. Desired Candidate Profile: \xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication Skills \xc2\xb7 Strong Analytical Skills . Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 Years banking Experience in SME & business Loans or at least 3 Years DSA Experience required in Dubai.(Only apply) \xc2\xb7 Strong oral and written communication skills with eye for detail Fixed Salary plus Attractive Incentives will be provided.
