About The Role

The Team Leader in Aquaventure Guest Services will be responsible for the daily supervision of the guest buggies, guest cabanas, towel cabanas & seating. Additionally, you will be responsible for the supervision and training of the team of Attendants to make sure all the areas are maintained as per the resort standard. You\'ll ensure all guest receive highest level of service and the team is knowledgeable about ongoing promotions and resort activations.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recreation/waterpark/theme park including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. You will need to have strong delegation skills and will have to be flexible in managing a diverse team with many stakeholders from other departments while maintaining 5-star standards in our VIP areas in the waterpark and transport sector. Great communication skills and engaging personality are a must too.

Additionally, we would like you to have a good understanding of financial reporting, logistics and store management, what will be assessed further at the interview stage.
