Job Purpose
We are looking for an E-commerce Outbound Coordinator to support our Warehouse Supervisor/Store Keeper in managing trouble-shooting activities related to the picking, packing, and dispatching of e-commerce orders. The role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate customer order fulfillment in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve inventory discrepancies that impact customer orders
Liaise with the warehouse inventory team to resolve stock-related issues
Report customer order issues using the Salesforce application for timely resolution and future reference
Ensure all order picking and packing activities are executed according to the warehouse SLA
Support Personal Shoppers in fulfilling VIP customer orders by reserving stock upon request
Assist in creating BOLs (Bill of Lading) and facilitate communications related to Brick and Mortar store transfers
Provide guidance and motivation to junior staff to enhance team performance and maintain quality standards
Uphold Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain high housekeeping standards across the operational area
Job Requirements
Education:
High School Certificate or Intermediate level education
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce warehouse operations
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of e-commerce outbound operations
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Basic proficiency in MS Office and written communication
Effective team coordination and problem-solving skills
Languages:
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
