Team Leader
Job Description
: We are urgently hiring a Team Leader for our outdoor play area. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service for both kids and parents.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily play area operations
Ensure children's safety and enforce safety rules
Handle customer queries and support parents
Supervise attendants and manage crowd flow
Maintain cleanliness and play area standards
Report issues and coordinate with management
Requirements:
Experience in play areas (preferred)
Strong customer service background
Knowledge of child safety and basic first aid (preferred)
Responsible, active, and able to multitask
Immediate joiners preferred
