We are looking for a
Team Leader
to manage daily operations and oversee a team within our transportation services division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing people, and the ability to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals. Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines. Coordinate with the operations department to assign and monitor tasks. Handle escalations, resolve issues, and report challenges to management. Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and performance support. Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to team activities. Monitor team performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience
in a supervisory or team leader role (transport or operations industry preferred). Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling. Fluency in English.What We Offer:
