Shamshiry Restaurant LLC , Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess the ability to manage and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth workflow. Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menu items and service protocols. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant in accordance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure stock availability. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Assist in scheduling staff shifts Collaborate with team to achieve financial targets and improve operational performance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or In-Charge in a fast-paced restaurant. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in English and Arabic ; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
