The Role
We are looking for an additional member for our growing Team. A Real Estate Agent/Property Consultant who can join and provide exceptional contributions to the Company. Duties and Responsibilities Handle sales and rental inquiries from client/s through a phone calls, email, and in-person Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent Negotiating offers and contracts negotiation Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 months - 1 year Real Estate experience in Dubai. Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Ability to achieve Sales/Leasing targets Ability to work independently and as a Team Highly motivated and goal orientated Strong negotiation and communication skills Driver's License (Preferred)
