Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead to oversee our Elevator Installation and Commissioning team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of elevator installation, commissioning processes, and rope replacement. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and coordinate the team to deliver high-quality, safe, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the installation, commissioning, and rope replacement activities of the elevator systems.
Plan, schedule, and allocate daily tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Provide technical guidance and support to installation and commissioning technicians on site.
Monitor team performance, conduct regular progress meetings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and third-party inspectors to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of team activities, project progress, and site reports.
Conduct training and development sessions to enhance the team's technical skills and safety awareness.
Ensure all work complies with company policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience in elevator installation, commissioning, and rope replacement, preferably in the UAE.
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a construction or elevator services environment.
Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
