Job Overview:
Alif Ya Nursery in Dubai is looking for a
dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher
to support classroom activities and help facilitate a nurturing learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should haveat least two years of experience
, possess aCACHE qualification
, and be fluent inArabic and English
to communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in delivering
high-quality early years education
, ensuring a stimulating and engaging environment.-Support the lead teacher in
planning and executing activities
, including creative, sensory, and developmental exercises.-
Encourage children's participation
in learning activities while fostering confidence and independence.-Help maintain a
safe and hygienic classroom
, ensuring compliance with UAE nursery regulations.-Communicate effectively with
parents and caregivers
about children's progress.- Ensure
individual care and attention
for children, supporting emotional and cognitive development.- Collaborate with
staff and administration
to maintain smooth nursery operations.- Engage in
continuous professional development
and attend relevant training sessions.Qualifications & Skills:

NCFE CACHE Level 2 or 3 certification in Early Years Education

Minimum 2 years of experience
in a nursery or early childhood environment.-
Fluent in Arabic & English
- essential for effective communication.-Passionate about
early childhood development and education
.-Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities

work closely with children in a supportive and caring manner
