Arabic Teaching Assistant

to support our educators and enhance the learning experience for our students.

Job Summary:

The Arabic Teaching Assistant will provide classroom support, assist with lesson implementation, and foster a nurturing learning environment. Fluency in Arabic is essential, as the role involves supporting students in language acquisition and bilingual education.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Support:

Assist lead teachers in delivering Arabic lessons and engaging students in interactive activities. Support students in their Arabic language learning journey, reinforcing concepts in speaking, reading, and writing. Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide individualized instruction.

Student Development:

Encourage positive behavior and assist in managing classroom dynamics. Help students develop communication skills and confidence in using Arabic as a second language. Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

General Duties:

Prepare learning materials and organize classroom resources. Assist with school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written). Passion for education and working with young children. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 5,000-7,000 per month
