Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and materials Assist students with classroom tasks and individual learning Supervise students during activities and break times Help manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline Support children with special needs when required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; teaching assistant certification is a plus Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and organizational skills * Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
