Role and Responsibilities
- An outstanding teaching assistant with experience and expertise in supporting outstanding teaching and learning
- Must be able to take over class duties when teacher is absent and follow basic lesson plans as well as safety / operational/ feeding and hygiene elements of the role.
- To help set up the activity areas for the daily program and to help to tidy away at the end of the day.
- To advise the manager of any concerns. eg. about children, or safety of equipment.
- To attend regular staff meetings.
- To communicate with colleagues and children.
- Be aware of and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education or Cache Level 2
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with any school or nursery in UAE
- Must have strong communication skills in English
- Team player
- Enthusiasm, dedication, and a good work ethic
- Creativity is a must!
