Teacher/teacher Assistant
Job Description
Qualifications: B. Ed. / ECE / DECE / Diploma in Montessori (at least one of these or similar qualification is required) Experience: 1 - 2 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in teaching preschool children - required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: . Plan and implement age-appropriate activities based on the Kangaroo Kids International Preschool framework. . Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children. . Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child. . Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers. . Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience. Important Skills . Excellent command over the English language (speaking & writing) . Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Amicable personality and a love for children .
