Job Description

Teacher- Core Subjects (Key Stage 3 & 4) delivers high-quality instruction in key academic areas (such as mathematics, science, languages, and social studies). They design lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster a supportive learning environment. They collaborate with colleagues, maintain classroom discipline and help students achieve educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare lesson plans covering all core subject matter. Deliver engaging lectures to explain complex concepts clearly. Assess student performance through tests and assignments regularly. Provide feedback and support individual student learning needs. Maintain classroom discipline and encourage respectful student behavior. Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and delivery. Participate in extracurricular activities to support holistic student growth.

Skill & Experience

Strong subject knowledge across core academic subjects. Excellent oral and written communication with students effectively. Good classroom management and discipline-enforcement skills required. Ability to design creative, engaging lesson plans consistently. Skill in assessing student progress and providing feedback. Patience, empathy, and understanding for diverse student needs.
