Tax Transfer Pricing Associate

to be involved in providing corporate tax services to our portfolio of international and local clients at our

Dubai

office.

Job description

Analyze intercompany transactions involving goods, services, intangibles, and financing. Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files, and TP Disclosures as per UAE Corporate Tax Law. Participate in functional analysis interviews for clients operating in a wide range of industries. Review of benchmarking studies performed using TP databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat). Work with clients and/or internal teams to gather required data and clarify transaction details. Provide on-call advisory support to clients for day-to-day transfer pricing-related queries. Day-to-day replies to ongoing email enquiries and advice on transfer pricing and international tax. Perform technical research and understand key sources of data while applying a questioning mindset. Actively monitor and be up to date on relevant local and international tax/TP developments. Responsibility for clients and projects.

Ideal candidate

Prior experience in tax advisory firms. 1-2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably within the UAE. Knowledge of the UAE Corporate Tax regime and its application to TP. Exposure to cross-border transactions and the MNE documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's or professional certification preferred - e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA). Understanding of OECD TP Guidelines and UAE Transfer Pricing compliance requirements. Experience with databases Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
