Guildhall is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational conglomerate with diversified operations across construction, hospitality, renewable energy, airports, and air freight sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager who will take ownership of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT across multiple entities, act as the key interface with the FTA and external auditors, and coordinate with advisors on OECD Pillar II (GloBE) matters. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in end-to-end tax compliance, cross-border structuring, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or D365.

Location: Dubai HQ (UAE-based only)
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT, corporate tax, and other tax returns as per UAE FTA guidelines.
• Oversee UAE Corporate Tax implementation and manage Pillar II reporting in line with global standards.
• Advise on cross-border structuring, transfer pricing, and international tax matters.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Manage audits, tax assessments, and relationships with external advisors and the FTA.
• Oversee tax accounting and reporting in line with IFRS.
• Train internal stakeholders on tax compliance and policy updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as ACCA/CPA/CA/CMA (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive tax experience, preferably in Construction/contracting/real estate holding background.
• Proven experience in UAE Corporate Tax implementation, Pillar II compliance, and cross-border tax structuring.
• Proven CIT & VAT end-to-end (returns, reconciliations, audits, FTA portal)
