Tax & Compliance Manager (English Speaking)

Location: Dubai

Salary: Up to AED 10,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a Tax & Compliance Manager to manage UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tax computation, filing, and advisory, along with strong knowledge of AML laws and compliance frameworks within the DNFBP sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance. Prepare and review corporate tax computations, returns, and supporting schedules. Ensure timely filing of VAT and corporate tax returns in line with FTA requirements. Review financial statements for tax compliance and identify potential risks or savings. Support clients with EmaraTax registrations, voluntary disclosures, and clarifications. Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions and cross-border arrangements. Collaborate with audit teams on tax-related matters and stay updated with UAE regulations. Develop and maintain internal compliance checklists and firm policies. Apply knowledge of AML laws, KYC, screening, and compliance audits for DNFBPs.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. ACCA, CPA, CA, or CTA (full or part qualification preferred). Minimum 2 years' experience in an audit or tax consultancy firm (mandatory). Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT laws. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused. Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice joining.
