We are a fast-growing car rental company focused on delivering exceptional service and streamlined mobility solutions. We are seeking a TARS expert to manage core operational tasks, ensure accuracy in agreements, and support smooth day-to-day processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all related
TARS
tasks.
Open, close, and update
rental agreements
accurately in the system.
Manage
NRM (Non-Revenue Movement)
entries and related documentation.
Post customer
payments, deposits, and adjustments
promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless rental operations.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in
car rental
.
Strong knowledge of rental software systems (experience with TARS)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic language is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
