Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Tally software solutions to potential clients across various industries through direct marketing and door-to-door engagement.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and consistent follow-ups.
Provide prompt and effective technical support for Tally-related issues.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering commercial and process-oriented solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation, manage CRM records, and handle customer follow-ups.
Deliver consultative support to help businesses streamline operations using Tally.
Qualifications:Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in a combined sales and software support role.
Hands-on knowledge of Tally installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
A customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good to Have:
Bachelor's in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Tally Certification or formal training in ERP/accounting software.
Experience in B2B software consultation or selling tech/business solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital support platforms.
