with experience in port operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring cargo accuracy and smooth operational flow during vessel loading and discharging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and complete tally of all cargo during loading and discharging operations to prevent dispatch errors and discrepancies.
Input real-time cargo count updates into the
Terminal Operating System (TOS)
using a
Handheld Device (HHD)
to ensure accurate, real-time tracking and reporting.
Monitor cargo movement on-site and maintain detailed documentation to support inventory control and reconciliation.
Coordinate closely with stevedores, foremen, and operations supervisors to ensure seamless cargo handling processes.
Immediately report any anomalies, shortfalls, or damages observed during tallying.
Requirements:
Minimum of
2 years' experience
in port operations, preferably in cargo tallying or stevedoring roles.
Familiarity with
TOS systems
and handheld tallying devices (HHD).
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced seaport environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours as required.
