Job Purpose
Implement talent management initiatives: talent review, talent development, learning, career pathways, competence frameworks employee engagement, and employee wellbeing. Support in the development of frameworks where applicable.
Job Responsibilities
Support organization approach to wellbeing by enhancing: working environment, relationship with others and psychological safety. Implement preventative and reactive wellbeing initiatives
Track and analyze data and qualitative information to effectively identify and monitor wellbeing trends. Drive equality, diversity and inclusion to enable good wellbeing
Aid in building leadership capability and confidence to deal with wellbeing issues in an effective and flexible way
Align and evaluate employee voice tools and approaches and drive forward the outputs
Support in the evaluation and improvement of management practices and behaviors to create a better employee experience
Conduct and manage employee engagement events on the ground, including planning, scheduling, logistics, purchasing and invites coordinate volunteers, and support staff.
Interact with employees to understand their interests and plan engagement events
Monitor feedback and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communication
Design communication plans that positively impact the employee experience
Assist in the creation of trust culture across the organization for employee, leaders and other stakeholders.
Support in talent management activities, assist leaders in creating development plans, career pathways and competence frameworks.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor degree, Business /or HR
Experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in talent management talent engagement and / wellbeing
Knowledge & Skills
Ability to communicate effectively and widely across teams and levels of the organization
Effective team player and networker
Build solid relationship with stakeholders
Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, recognize trends, and develop recommendations based on data analysis
