to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier Arabic-speaking talent. You will focus on proactively sourcing qualified candidates for various roles while helping to strengthen our employer brand in Arabic-speaking regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for Arabic-speaking roles
Source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, social media, and industry-specific job boards
Engage passive candidates through tailored messaging in Arabic and English
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit
Build and manage pipelines of Arabic-speaking talent for current and future openings
Maintain candidate information and pipelines using ATS/CRM systems
Develop and post job ads in both Arabic and English where necessary
Stay informed about trends in the MENA job market and Arabic-language recruiting practices
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, especially in Arabic-speaking regions
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience sourcing in the
MENA region
or for companies with Arabic-speaking clients
Background in tech, real estate, healthcare, or high-growth industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
