JOB DESCRIPTION Join Mercer's growing and high-performing Team of HR Consultants in Dubai We are currently looking for Talent Management Associates who are passionate about developing Talent solutions for our local, regional and international clients with focus on operations in the Middle East. You are determined, pro-active and interested in working on challenging Talent Management projects for our clients? If this sounds interesting to you, keep reading!We will count on you toDevelop and manage Talent Management solutions in the areas of Employee Experience, Talent processes, Employee Assessments and broader Talent-related offerings for our clientsProject lead work against high quality standards, tight deadlines and ambiguity of what will make a genuine difference to our clientsOversee and manage data collections and surveys and analyze qualitative and quantitative results against our client's strategic Talent prioritiesDrive BD activities by offering new angles and ways of enhancing Mercer's footprint in the regionLead proposals and sales activities to generate new businessEnjoy working your way around ambiguity and changing demands among a group of passionate, dedicated and fun colleaguesWe are interested if you: Have 5-7 years of Talent and HR experience, ideally gained within HR Consulting and/or other related areas of ConsultingHold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline from a reputable universityPreferably completed or are completing a Master's degree with focus on Organizational/Occupational Psychology, Talent Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or an MBA from a reputable universityContinue your professional education through membership in professional associations such as the CIPD, the SHRM, the BPS or other relevant professional bodies as well as through further qualifications in the areas of project management, data analytics, Tableau, R and Power Bi among othersWe believe you would excel at Mercer if you:Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and an ability to learn quickly and think creatively without extensive supervisionAre proactive and seek to continuously improve the way things are doneCan organize yourself, have the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working towards challenging deadlinesHave the ability to pay attention to detail while working under pressureThrive in working independently and know when to seek supportRelish in developing more junior colleagues in their professional careerEnjoy solving complex problems without a set answer based on strong research and analytical skills, both of quantitative and qualitative natureAre operating at expert levels of the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel and PowerPointHave excellent verbal and written communication skills and are empathetic to the viewpoints of othersAre fluent in English and preferable also in ArabicWhat's in it for you?At Mercer, we recognize that our most important asset is our people.
