Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Management Associate for our global management consulting firm.
This position will be sitting within the Staffing and Career Development team in Dubai and will be responsible for the Middle East market.

Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
- 1-3 years relevant experience, preferably at a professional services firm (Big 4, Tier 1 or 2, auditing or accounting firms, or other management consulting firms)
- Strong verbal communication skills; fluency in English
- Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
