Robert Half are working with a leading company based in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire Talent Development Specialist to join their team. This role requires a Talent Management expert who has experience of Oracle HCM, performance management and succession planning.
The Role
Develop and implement talent development programs
Successfully support the implementation of Oracle fusion
Design and monitoring career development and succession plans.
Collaborate on the annual performance Management review
Strategic thinking: The ability to think strategically about talent development and how it can align with the organization\'s overall goals.
Create new Talent Management frameworks
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of career development, succession planning, and training methodology. They will also have a bachelor\'s degree in HR and a relevant certification, such as CIDP or SHRM.
Bachelor\'s degree in HR or a related field
Relevant certification, such as CIDP or SHRM
8+ years of experience in talent development +5 in Oracle
Strong understanding of career development, succession planning, and training methodology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
