Robert Half are working with a leading company based in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire Talent Development Specialist to join their team. This role requires a Talent Management expert who has experience of Oracle HCM, performance management and succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of career development, succession planning, and training methodology. They will also have a bachelor\'s degree in HR and a relevant certification, such as CIDP or SHRM.

The Role
- Develop and implement talent development programs
- Successfully support the implementation of Oracle fusion
- Design and monitoring career development and succession plans.
- Collaborate on the annual performance Management review
- Strategic thinking: The ability to think strategically about talent development and how it can align with the organization\'s overall goals.
- Create new Talent Management frameworks
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of career development, succession planning, and training methodology. They will also have a bachelor\'s degree in HR and a relevant certification, such as CIDP or SHRM.
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR or a related field
- Relevant certification, such as CIDP or SHRM
- 8+ years of experience in talent development +5 in Oracle
- Strong understanding of career development, succession planning, and training methodology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
