We are seeking an organized and efficient Talent & Culture Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Coordinate employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives
Assist in the administration of performance management processes
Handle general HR inquiries from employees and managers
Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist with benefits administration and employee relations matters
Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive work environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Additional Information
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
