The Role
TA Analyst will support the Talent Acquisition team for the full-cycle recruiting. TA Analyst responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection. He/she will develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with business heads and potential hires, eventually creating a strong talent pipeline for ADA's current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate will have:
o Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is usually required. o Min 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role. o Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation method. o Thorough knowledge of UAE Labour law to maintain a fair, ethical, and compliant hiring process. o Aviation experience is desirable. o Excellent Communication Skills to effectively communicate with candidates, stakeholders, and hiring managers. o Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications, review recruitment metrics, and make data-driven decisions. o Strong Relationship Management Skills to build trust, establish clear communication channels, and managing stakeholder expectations. o Strategic thinking and planning to align recruitment initiatives with business goals.About the company
