Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from posting jobs to onboarding
Advertise job openings on multiple job board platforms
Screen and select suitable candidates for shortlisting
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and follow-up communication
Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
Provide support in employee performance management
Ensuring compliance with all required documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of U.A.E experience in recruitment
Experience in construction industry
Preferably Tagalog speaker
Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and market hiring trends
Interviewing and Hiring skills
