A talent acquisition specialist is responsible for the hiring process.Key duties include partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, using various platforms to attract talent, screening applicants, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while adhering to the organization's long-term goals. Responsibilities and duties

Strategy and planning

: Identify staffing needs and collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop strategies for filling roles.

Sourcing

: Use multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks like LinkedIn, and social media, to find and attract potential candidates.

Screening and interviewing

: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and select candidates to move forward in the process.

Hiring and onboarding

: Coordinate interviews, make hiring recommendations, negotiate job offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.

Candidate experience

: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process and provide regular updates.

Metrics and reporting

: Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate databases, and report on recruitment results.
REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in Real estate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in recruitment processes and interviewing techniques Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools Strong organizational and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and proactively
