Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas project roles. Source qualified candidates using Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, and other portals. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for candidate management and reporting. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver on time. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for ongoing and future projects.
Desired candidate profile
4-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms. Proven expertise in sourcing through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, and other portals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A team player with the right attitude, adaptability, and results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
