Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the company
- Utilize the Odoo system for recruitment and HR management
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process
- Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Strong English communication skills and mandatory Arabic speaking skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Odoo system
- Prior experience in real estate recruitment is a plus
