We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Close positions in timely manner
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Onboarding and Induction of the new employees
  • Sending new joining email about the new member to all the concerned departments.
  • Perform reference checks for all the new hires
Required skills & experience:
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent written and oral and communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to dealing with people.
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
  • Ability to cope with competing demands, to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of the team.
  • Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated.
