Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Develop and execute

effective sourcing strategies

through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Screen, interview, and shortlist

candidates for various real estate positions (sales agents, team leaders, admin, etc.). Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure cultural fit. Maintain and update the

recruitment database

and candidate pipelines for current and future roles. Support

employer branding initiatives

and promote the company as an employer of choice. Ensure all hiring practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies. Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

.

2-5 years of recruitment experience

in the

real estate industry

within the UAE. Strong understanding of

real estate roles and market dynamics

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

LinkedIn Recruiter

, job portals, and social media sourcing. Fluency in

Arabic

is required, English is plus
