The Role
You will play a crucial role in driving our organization\'s growth by sourcing, assessing, and recruiting qualified professionals who align with our company\'s values, culture, and project requirements. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Talent Acquisition and Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, and referrals, to identify and engage prospective candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of construction industry professionals, including project managers, engineers, architects, skilled trades, and administrative personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate Evaluation and Assessment: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct technical and behavioural interviews to gauge candidates\' competency and ensure they meet industry-specific standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication and Relationship Building: Foster positive and professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers, project managers, and team leads. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are informed about their status. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conflict Resolution and Mediation: Address any issues or disputes that may arise during the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and equitable resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as a mediator between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating open and transparent communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers that align with industry standards and company guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage in negotiation with candidates to secure their acceptance and close deals effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Market Research and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks within the construction industry in the Middle East. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leverage industry knowledge to make informed decisions during candidate assessment and salary negotiations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labour laws and regulations in the Middle East. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, particularly in the construction industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep understanding of construction industry trends, job roles, and qualifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Middle Eastern labour laws and regulations.
