is looking for Talent Acquisition to take over hiring, training, and onboarding for our company. In this role, the ideal candidate will strive to enhance and develop the organization's ability to attract top talent globally. To ensure success as a Talent Acquisition, you should be demonstrating strong capabilities to identify talent from the market, keen understanding of best practices and processes involved in acquiring and nurturing talent especially in Dubai Real Estate. Responsibilities Overseeing hiring and employee acquisition processes Lead all hiring strategies Head hunt talent from the industry and outside Building relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutes Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings Participate in industry events and activities to grow network Implement online and offline employer branding activities Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication) Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates) Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire Skills A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a talent acquisition Knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis Interested candidates can send the CV to Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
