Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.

• Job Posting: Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.

• Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing methods & job boards, social media, and networking & to find qualified candidates.

• Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

• Interviewing: Carry out in-depth interviews focusing on candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Offer Extension: Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

• Onboarding: Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hires' integration into the company.

• Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation as an attractive employer through various channels.

• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

• Recruitment Metrics: Prepare regular recruitment reports highlighting key metrics and recruitment progress.

• Coaching: Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers in the selection process by identifying candidate strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.

• Experience: 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the real estate industry.
