If so, we invite you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Retail, where you'll be instrumental in shaping our organization's future through effective Talent Acquisition.
Partnering closely with the wider Richemont Talent Function and HR, you will be responsible for the mapping, sourcing, pre-assessment, and hiring for current & future Retail roles, ensuring a constant talent pipeline for our internal Boutiques. As a driver of Retail Recruitment, you will identify, engage, and animate a pipeline of candidates for diverse roles in the Retail environment - from Back-Office to Sales and Retail Management. You will also define and apply an optimized direct sourcing strategy for the MEIA region, including defining search channels and 'mystery-shopping'.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by the effective adoption and execution of the group Talent Acquisition strategy, the value-add to the business reality, and an exceptional candidate experience - regardless of the outcome for the talent.
